Evidence

Can someone find some evidence that this concept was actually taken from Nintendo? Until it can be substantiated, I'm going to remove the sentence about it being copied from the Mii concept. Supergyro2k 18:44, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

Good call. WeeMees have been around since long before the Wii's name was released (for example as the avatar of choice of FriendsReunited). If anything, it appears to be Nintendo doing the copying. --Lawlore 17:06, 26 December 2006 (UTC)

I'd be wary of accusing anyone of copying. Nintendo's version can be traced back further than their announcment for the Wii, thereby making the names less similar. And Shigeru Miyamoto recently said he's had an idea like that for 20 years. (Though that's not necessarily proof). If the names were nonsensical, then there might be a case of plagarism. But they are both variations of common words, words that describe the avatars. Not to sound like a Nintendo apologist, but it's not hard to see this as simply a coincidence. I'm not sure if Nintendo's Miis should be mentioned at all in the article. Palomo1 23:59, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

Commands

Looks like someone put it back. ;-) I think there is a problem with the bottom line of the table (perhaps someone tried editing it without knowing what they were doing). The line that should begin with "vomit" (being last alphabetically) should be preceded on the line above by "|-" to force a new line in the table. That is easily fixed, but there is another problem.

There is then a double backslash (\\) when what was needed was a double pipe (||) to leave a blank cell (presumably to widen the table, as per all the other lines in it) and then the text that will activate the "vomit" animation. This information appears to be missing, and I don't know how/where to find out what this should be, since I don't use the software myself.

If the table should not be there at all then this is academic, as it can be deleted anyway, but I will at least correct the table structure and mark missing info for someone else to fill in.

OK, just sorted this completely. I was mgrktglkrjeglkjrjl.gkjrt,sjkkeiugtj5r4wi5u4k68789gregih5gyh5ku4yh6rfg8ueywt58r9w465724896954 !). There was just extra gubbins near the bottom of the table, which I have now deleted, issue sorted I think. :-)
