I understand that the piece is poorly written and not cited at this point. But we have to give our new editors little more time, the article was created at 18:25 and proposed for deletion at 18:54, to develop the piece (Especially when they note this in their edit summary). Likewise, importance was established in referencing a former U.S.Governor. In addition, I believe that Notability can be easily established by the following references [1].
