isnt this a goood candidate for wiktionary move? it is a very non-specific term which generally serves to locate nouns, like a preposition. one is said to be on the waterfront, for instance. but if one is describing the locale indicated by this term, one would say "beach" "riverbank" "shore", etc. there are no distinguishing characteristics of a "waterfront" other than the dictionary definition. an encyclopedic entry is inconceivable to this contributor. 172.161.71.84 05:42, 21 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

I agree. I tagged it with a {{prod}} tag since I couldn't really find a speedy delete option that would fit (maybe {{Copy to Wiktionary}} but it wouldn't really be copying, so I don't know), but I guess we'll just have to wait. Phydend 05:58, 14 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
According to the edit history this page was a disambiguation page till someone moved most content out to Waterfront (disambiguation). So I'll move that back and have the other one redirect here. --Tikiwont 12:36, 16 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
