removed conditional term

under colloquialisms it originally read: Sanitation engineer (illegal) I removed "(illegal)" as it is ambiguous, referred as a colloquialism so as a thing within itself isn't illegal to use, and I pretty sure only using an uppercase E for engineer may be illegal if it is at all. 131.91.94.152 (talk) 19:29, 21 December 2008 (UTC) I knew that "sanitation engineer" was a whimsical euphemism, but thought it was also a person with an advanced degree in chemistry who plans and designs waste management systems, and came here looking for information on such. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.160.39.23 (talk) 15:07, 30 May 2012 (UTC)

A more polite term would be "Sanitation Engineers", "Civil Cleanliness Experts" or "Waste Removal Service".
