Re: articles for deletion nomination

See Google:Washitaw de Dugdahmoundyah for multiple references across the web. Here is something that might be the group's website. (More mentions include this, this, a Southern Poverty Law Center report on the group, an article about how one of the members of Bela Fleck and the Flecktones was a member, a report on a Beanie Babies scam run by members of the group, a proclamation from the group in support of City University Los Angeles, and a mention in the United Nations Report of the Working Group on Indigenous Populations). -Moorlock (talk) 17:11, 18 August 2008 (UTC)

Proposed merger

These articles are each so meagerly equipped with supporting reliable references, that it make more sense to me to simply merge them into one and focus on it, in terms of improvements. cheers Deconstructhis (talk) 23:24, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

Sounds reasonable. ClovisPt (talk) 00:00, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

Verdiacee Hampton Goston: alive or not?

A recent article from the Monroe News-Star refers to Ms. Hampton Goston as the "late mayor" of Richwood, but everything else about her online looks to be still in the present tense. Does anyone know if she is in fact deceased? Maybe the reporter meant former, not late? Mwillia9 (talk) 19:37, 27 October 2009 (UTC)
