The G Files
editI don't think The G Files was released today, so i am changing it to February as it says in his myspace.Cousin A.L.E. 10 February 2009
Music Videos
editIs this section really necessary? Is the creator of it aware that there are dozens of videos (underground and main stream alike) that feature Warren G and he/she has not even come across it ever? That he was in Tiffany Foxx's latest debut single "Shake that Shit" from 2006 and in Dre's "Nuthin' But a 'G' thang" from 1994? And that was just two examples of two videos that embrace a whole decade!! How many other there can be? And what about their references? And BTW without the cameos it is the same as Singles. I removed it for the second time. Please answer my questions before reverting it. Lajbi Holla @ meWho's the boss? 20:08, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
Merge
edit- Oppose - Nice try Colin. Once it was said to Keep and now you want to "merge" it, in other words delete it. (because a separate label discography nor the artists won't fit to a solo_singer article). Lajbi Holla @ me 19:52, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
- If you have bothered to read the AfD entry on it, it advises the following: "The result of the debate was Keep (but you might want to look at merging it..." :: Colin Keigher (Talk) 17:14, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

- Oppose - Thats like merging Death Row/Aftermath and Dr. Dre. It wouldn't be consistant with other Wikipedia entries. Lukereiser 07:00, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
Relation to Dr. Dre
editThis page currently mentions Warren G as the stepbrother of Dr. Dre, while the Dr. Dre page references Warren G as Dr. Dre's half-brother. Clearly, one of the two pages is inaccurate and must be corrected quickly. --Josh1billion 00:29, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
It appears that Dr. Dre's page now states that the two are stepbrothers (which is what this page says, too).. so it looks like all is correct now. --Josh1billion 00:10, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
1st paragraph states the 2 are not step-brothers. 2nd paragraph states that they are. Poor —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.94.174.130 (talk) 07:04, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
They are step brothers. The source is in the Dr Dre article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Peppermint111 (talk • contribs) 21:47, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
What's the difference here? They are both half brothers and step Brothers at the same time. Dre's mother married Warren G's father. So same mother different fathers make them half brothers, and Dre's mother marrying Warren G's father makes them Step Brothers.68.171.155.196 (talk) 19:16, 11 July 2012 (UTC)

Is it just coincidence that Warren G and Dr Dre worked together and were related, did they find out they were related after they started working together? Either way it seems like his relation to Dre is something worth mentioning. When was the reference to this deleted from this article? 14.2.120.251 (talk) 13:06, 6 October 2015 (UTC)
New Album in the Works
editAccording to his myspace it says he has a greatest hits album in the works as well as a new album. He is also working on Dr. Dres next album detox. All three of those should be mentioned in the page in my opinion. volumesoxxs 07:08, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
this is a horribly written page
editthis is one of those wikipedia pages that really epitomizes the subject = atrociously illiterate, exorbitant use of biased & non quantitative adjectives, and lackluster in every regard. I would go in and edit the page but deletion seems extreme. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.127.65.80 (talk) 15:43, 14 April 2012 (UTC)
I agree! "Dedicated to hard work" What is this... his fucking memorial? Leave the bullshit unverifiable stuff / advertise-y shit for the blogs.
agree wholeheartedly. well, it's kinda funny.
I second that. This is a horribly written article. Ryan Albrey (talk) 21:30, 21 July 2021 (UTC)
- It remains so in 2024- the tone completely out of line with that of the majority of biographical articles.

Father
editThere appears to be a contradiction on his father's occupation. First, it's airplane mechanic and later navy chef. Could he have been both? I think it was unlikely. 102.212.181.90 (talk) 10:38, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
