Talk:Warren Anderson (American businessman)/Archives/2013

Totally wrong facts

I have not read cited source, if it is so then the source is very very faulty. The fact is that as per Indian Penal Code he could not have been given bail by Administative or police authorities , Only bail could have been given by a court but the bail request was never forwarded to court, so the bail given by administrative authorities was absolutley unconstitutional and verymuch illegal.

Indian Courts never granted him a bail and I am 20,000% sure that following sentense is incorrect.

After being arrested immediately after the disaster, he was released on bail by Indian courts.[1]

Another thing is US diplomat on Indian Television Channels agreed that he was the fellow to negotiate and facilitate safe passage to warren anderson the chairman. Common americans will be very pleased if each of them too gets negotiated (un)diplomatic immunities and safe pasaages across all global shores and as a trophy they also get to meet presidents of such countries after all disasters they could..., Rather than Jimmy Wales, wikipedians need to propose warren anderson the chairman for nobel peace prize. Please let me know why that greate noble diplomats and politians who help negotiate immunities and safe pasaages and know all rules in the book to avoid extraditions, should not find their name in this article, after all other americans also would love to know great servicemen of their country.

Secondly why some one is censoring my writing on this talk page.It is absoultely unworthy of wikipedia culture.

The result of the move request was: move to Warren Anderson (American businessman). -- tariqabjotu 22:51, 1 January 2013 (UTC)

Warren Anderson (chairman)Warren Anderson (Union Carbide chairman) – There is another article Warren Anderson (businessman), most probably that's why we tried to distinguish here using "Chairman". Precision "Businessman" makes sense, but not "Chairman" since a chairman can be a businessman too! And more importantly "Chairman"– Chairman of what? So, I am asking this move Tito Dutta (talk) 15:59, 25 November 2012 (UTC)

  • Support – "chairman" is a lame disambiguator. Dicklyon (talk) 01:20, 26 November 2012 (UTC)
I think "American businessman" is more within the spirit of WP:NCPDAB. Disambiguators linking people with specific groups (such as sport clubs, bands, companies) are generally only used when the specificity is required. --BDD (talk) 18:37, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
