removed sentence edit

I removed this sentence:

Prior to switching his focus to the production of war films, Disney fans who used to see eighteen short films and one full-length feature every year, only got to see "Victory Through Air Power" and a few short films in 1943.

I am not sure what it means. Travb (talk) 06:32, 11 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Reference Section edit

How can references be fixed? Right now the same source is repeated several times.. Don't know how to change that.Snowy20106 03:07, 12 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

I will fix it, basically you make any reference with a name, for example, the first reference has the name, hello:
<ref name="hello"> </ref>
Then the next reference is <ref name="hello"/>
See the notes on the history of this article, I fixed all of the ref tags.
Also see User:Travb#Ref_tags which you can cut and paste when you add new material.

Fair use rationale for Image:The new spirit screenshot.jpg edit

Image:The new spirit screenshot.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Cartoons made for NFB of Canada? edit

Disney made some cartoons for Canadian exhibition while the US had yet to enter the war. Should there not be a section mentioning this work? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.25.174.9 (talk) 23:02, 11 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Footnote edit

There is a suspicious link in the "Notes" section. -CS — Preceding unsigned comment added by TheChocolateSun (talkcontribs) 03:14, 19 May 2015 (UTC)Reply
