Copy-vio & inaccurate assertions edit

An account copied and pasted text directly from the following two links: [1], [2]. I rewrote that material to remove the copyright violating prose (c.f. [3]). The copy-vios in question included:

  • "the Government of Kenya hired a contractor to build a terminal and assigned KCAA, Immigration, Customs, and security officers to work there." [4]
    • Original: "the GOK hired a contractor to build a terminal and assigned KCAA, Immigration, Customs, and security officers to work there." [5]
  • "Airport accommodates two military camps within its perimeter fence. Airforce (F.O.B) camp is half a kilometre to the south while Army camp is almost the same distance to the west of the terminal building. Entrance to the Airport is through a single gate manned by armed military officers to double the security standards of the Airport." [6]
    • Original: "The Airport accommodates two military camps within its perimeter fence.Airforce (F.O.B) camp is half a kilometre to the south while Army camp is almost the same distance to the west of the terminal building. I also corrected certain inaccurate claims that were added, such as the false assertion that the Kenyan airport authority banned flights in November 2006 to and from Somalia due to "terrorist" concerns vis-a-vis Al-Shabaab. The cited link doesn't mention Al-Shabaab and actually states that it was because of the Islamic Courts Union (c.f. [8]). In fact, Al-Shabaab didn't even exist back then. I also added the reason why the Kenyan authorities lifted the suspension in the first place (viz. due to pressure from Somali traders with political connections). This key info was curiously omitted despite the fact that it was cited in the very same link. Per WP:REPEATLINK, I further removed several internal wikilinks from the see also section since they were already linked to within the body ("Generally, a link should appear only once in an article, but if helpful for readers, links may be repeated in infoboxes, tables, image captions, footnotes, and at the first occurrence after the lead."). I also added a new facilities and staff subsection, as well as material on the number and type of flights that are normally handled in the airport.
