Should this page even have one? At any rate, it needs major cleanup, as many of the intersections are only with local streets without a route designation. Wikipedia:WikiProject U.S. Roads/North Carolina is rather vague, but for many other states, at-grade intersections that don't involve route numbers aren't considered "major," and many articles for unsigned highways don't even have junction lists at all.
