Merging with WTAR edit

This article should be merged with WTAR because it is the same license, therefore it is the same station. That means this station is not defunct, only the format is and the callsign has changed. Plus, the F.C.C. does not issue any callsigns with an -AM suffix so the article title has to go. Furthermore, there are 2 articles about this same station (WRAP-AM 850 is the other).
