Orphaned references in W.I.T.s Academy

edit

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of W.I.T.s Academy's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "futoneps":

  • From List of Henry Danger episodes: "SHOWATCH Henry Danger". The Futon Critic. Retrieved July 26, 2014.
  • From List of Every Witch Way episodes: "Every Witch Way episodes". The Futon Critic. Retrieved October 28, 2014.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 22:44, 28 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

Neither of those references named "futoneps" gave any information about this series. Both references used to support dates and production codes in series table either don't exist or say nothing about this series. Geraldo Perez (talk) 06:23, 29 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

Suggested page move

edit

The title of the page is punctuated as W.I.T.s Academy, but on all official websites (http://www.nick.com/wits-academy/) and promotional materials the title of the show is capitalized as WITS Academy. I propose that the page be moved to reflect the correct title punctuation, and that all references to the show title be modified accordingly. Nisf (talk) 21:06, 5 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

I agree - looks like the official name is WITS Academy. Geraldo Perez (talk) 21:20, 5 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
Also supported by Viacom. Geraldo Perez (talk) 03:11, 6 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Info at futon said old name was a working title. Everything I find supports the final released name as WITS Academy. I moved the article to the release name. Geraldo Perez (talk) 03:19, 6 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Cancelled

A actor's personal social media account can be used only for info about the actor. He doesn't speak for the show. Any info about cancellation requires a reliable source linked to an official outlet of the show. Otherwise we presume show will return unless 1 year has passed with no word of renewal. Likewise for words from a actress, she also does not speak officially for the show. However, given two actors on the show say it has not been renewed but Nickelodeon has not said anything about a renewal or cancellation, I suggest we just document what has been stated without interpretation and drop attribute "last_aired" from the infobox as anything put there is either likely wrong or unsupported even if "present" is supposed to stay there for a year after last ep has aired.
