Origins of the Whee-lo toy edit

The original toy was stamped "patent pending", but a search did not find an issued patent. Harvey Matusow apparently claimed to be the toy's inventor in his unpublished autobiography The Stringless Yo-yo, but the source for this statement hasn't been found. Rename article with all capitals? edit

This article is about a toy with a name "WHEE-LO" that was trademarked in 1958 with all capital letters. Versions of the same toy are still manufactured under a variety of different names.
