Did You Know
A fact from this article appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the "Did you know?" column on June 12, 2011.
The text of the entry was: Did you know ... that planet WASP-13b, despite a radius 25% larger than Jupiter's, has less than half the mass?

New paper edit

I searched this for a GA review, and found a new paper: http://arxiv.org/abs/1108.3996. It includes new estimations for the age and radius of WASP-13b and its star. I don't really now how to include this second set of data into the article though MadCow257 (talk) 17:49, 22 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

I see that the superwasp page has also been updated. Looks like many pages may need some adjustments MadCow257 (talk) 18:21, 22 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
Many indeed. I'll see what I can do with both of those sources, but this may be more time than I readily have this week. --Starstriker7(Talk) 23:29, 23 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

I'll review this article shortly. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 13:52, 13 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Here are my issues:

  • Photometry links to a dab page.
  • "led to the identification of WASP-13 as host to a potential transit event." a little confused as to what 'transit event' means in this context. Might just be my ignorance, but if it could be simplified that would help.

On hold, will pass once fixed. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 17:46, 13 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for reviewing this article. I've fixed the dab issue, and hopefully I've clarified the "transit event" to specify a transiting object (which should hopefully be clear enough. If not, let me know). Looks like this one's all set. :) --Starstriker7(Talk) 23:03, 13 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
