A Catholic Mass inserts the names of the Pope and of the local Bishop in the Canon of the Mass (the part which includes the consecration of the host and wine). For this particular local Bishop, the middle name Francis is used, thus at this writing the Pope and the local Bishop are EACH referred to as Francis!
