As per ru:Список_членов_Учредительного_собрания, Sahib-Giray Yambaev of the Muslim Union was elected from Vyatka (on the "additional list"...). But per Malchevski Vyatka had only 16 deputies, and per Spirin the seat distribution SRs 11, Bolsheviks 4 and 1 Popular Socialist. ... But https://books.google.com/books?id=xYOqCwAAQBAJ&pg=PT343 mentions him as elected from Vyatka... I removed for now, to comply with Spirin and Malchevski as main sources. --Soman (talk) 22:00, 13 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
