Voltage Drop? edit

While I am only a beginner in the field of electronics, I have never heard of a voltage droop. I just think this is a misspelling, but don't want to step on anyones toes editing it. Besides I don't know how to edit name of the article. Rocketmaniac 13:58, 8 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

The easiest way to check for this is to perform a Google search of the term: [1]. If it were a typo then we could expect a handful of hits but this one seems to return quite a few. --Hooperbloob 22:49, 8 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

It was spelled correctly. Voltage Drooping usually happen in parallel operation of the machine (generator). It is an electrical term. Probably you will not met this in electronics subject. Voltage droop usually occur in power system. Droop edit

I tried to search for droop inside Wiki and I came to PID-regulation. I added this as a link to "droop" here. However, I don't know how could I influence the search engine within Wikipedia to display also this "voltage droop" in the list... The term seems to be very important in the electricity production. "loop"? edit

The article contains this text "before the loop has a chance to compensate" but it does not explain what a "loop" is. Please either add a link to a page that explain what this is or add text to do so. 134.191.220.73 (talk) 08:26, 24 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

That now links to Control loop. ~Kvng (talk) 17:32, 28 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
