Talk:Volkswagen Group A platform

I don't know much about VAG and their platforms but I assume there are a bunch of Skoda's and Seats that share those platforms but aren't listed. -- stewacide 23:34, Aug 4, 2004 (UTC)

I think you're probably right. My 2003 SEAT Ibiza shares most of its componants with the modern VW Polo, to the extent that many engine componants are actually stamped with VW logos and not SEAT. The only major differences are the external panels, interior dash, and suspension. akaDruid 13:08, 24 Aug 2004 (UTC)

PQ35, IRS, and Jetta NCS

edit

The NCS version of the Jetta (the big 2011- North American version) does not have an independent rear suspension except in the GLI version, but does use the PQ35 platform. This renders a bit of the text incorrect, I think. rcousine (talk) 22:17, 20 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
