Musante's ship

In any other show I wouldn't ascribe any meaning to ship names, but this is an exception. Musante's return transport is the liner Loki. Loki being a god or giant in Norse mythology generally associated with mischief and lies, and Musante being a liar (or at least the mouthpiece for liars).

Its original research of course it shouldn't go in. Furthermore, I think the line Ivanova says speaks more of Musante being a slut who slept with people to get to her position who otherwise rose to that position more because of her beauty than to her actual skills. Also, building on your Loki thing, he was not a giant or a god, he was both, a giant living amongst the Aesir, and at the end times he went to fight with the giants against the Aesir, paralleling how her faction of Earth Loyal to Clarke fights against the people that they've lived with for hundreds of years for the Shadows (I'm still working on seeing past episode 12 of the third season but so far we have seen that the Shadows and Mr. Morden work with high offices of Earth and that the cooperate to excavate Shadow vessels, the infighting itself seems to be a product of the Shadow philosophy). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.137.207.191 (talk) 01:27, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
