Talk:Vladimir Korepin

The text is not very neutral and sometimes tends to be celebrative, e.g.:

  "In Korepin's long career..."

His books here and there within the text rather than in footnote, sometimes sounding like plain advertising, e.g.:

"The book can also be used as a textbook..."

Sometimes the depth of description of his research is a bit too much for a biography, e.g.:

"[He] calculated space, time and temperature dependent correlation functions in
isotropic version of the XY spin chain using the Heisenberg model.
The correlation function decays exponentially with time and space separation.
The rate of exponential decay is evaluated explicitly."

I think the article does belong to wikipedia, having studied myself on some of Korepin's works. However, as is now, it sounds too much like promotion/advertisement of the person and his works. This led in the past to raise WP:COI concerns, given the amount of edits by User:Korepin.--Japs 88 (talk) 16:20, 27 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

In the past several years, this page has been edited by many different people from different points of view. Now the text has satisfied the requirements of the neutral point of view. 69.127.112.235 (talk) 04:33, 19 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
