The Armadillo should be capitalized. In Gary P. Nunn's song, he is referencing The Armadillo music hall that used to be in Austin, Texas. He’s not singing about the roadkill critter. — Preceding unsigned comment added by OzemaTabitha (talkcontribs) 22:51, 24 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

"Mike" Reference in Lyrics edit

There is a possible mistake in the text. A reference to producer Michael Brovsky states the lyric "Mike don't you worry" refers to Michael Brovsky.

In actuality, it is more likely the line refers to MCA Records president Mike Maitland. The original lyric to the verse (from the album "Viva Terlingua") goes:

"Last week I was thinking, ohhh, its record time again And I could see Mike Maitland pacin' his floor, Ah Mike, don't you worry, something's bound to come out I've been down this road once or twice before" (chorus)

Totally right. Complete brainfart. But heck, you could have changed it, no worries. PhilTLL (talk) 02:33, 11 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Mr. Bojangles? edit

JJW's first album was called "Jerry Jeff Walker" and it had none of the songs that are on this one. http://www.cduniverse.com/productinfo.asp?pid=8560445 24.27.31.170 (talk) 23:30, 29 January 2012 (UTC) EricReply

I am in error. I was thinking of the album preceding this one, which I thought was the first. 24.27.31.170 (talk) 01:19, 1 February 2012 (UTC) EricReply
