List of sources
editHello, dear friends. Unfortunately, I have not much experience in the preparation of articles in the Wiki. This explains the large number of unsuccessful previous attempts to create this article. Virtonomics there long enough (more than 6 years in Russian under the name Virtonomica). In the Russian language Internet is indeed a very significant phenomenon, and perhaps the most popular project economic game. This business simulation actually use many Russian universities as a training program. In 2007 Virtonomica was recognized as the best business simulation in Russian language Internet. In English-speaking Internet has few references to Virtonomica (English-speaking project name - Virtonomics) because the game only recently translated into English. Here are some links to Russian-language sources about the game Virtonomica (Virtonomics):
- http://moneynews.ru/9359/ ,

Unfortunately, most sources still in Russian. I really hope that after all you do not erase this article, because this project really represents a very interesting phenomenon, and quite unique and useful for many people interested in business and economics. Possible advertisment
editMany insignificant parts of article were removed, others removed because of creator's unbalanced point of view. Of course, since it still looks a lot like copy-pasted from promotion materials, the best solution would be to completely rewrite it.

One million must be a joke
editHello, I am a player, started recently, off the game and the one million users must be a joke. Probably one million people whom made an account of whom about 1000 to 2000 are still in the game of which maybe 200-300 play seriously. The game would be a very bad example as a business simulation as most markets in the game are way overpriced and it is deadly to new players as you can buy almost 0 products to make a chance at starting in the game. Most older players buy up all resources and resell them at idiotic prices which means that anyone buying these goods to sell them in stores will find out it is virtually impossible. Also you will get an internal mail almost every day telling you to buy points so you can improve your company. All of that being said though I will see if it is possible to advance through the game without paying as I like a challenge. I am an old experienced wikipedian, but have not editted in years and would not know what and how to do with this article. It is a marketing brochure. Waerth (talk) 02:42, 25 December 2014 (UTC)
It seems to me that you just expressing your personal negative experience and not being fare. If you started recently how can you possible know enough about the game which is 9 years old? Some people playing Virtonomics for 3-5 years and many of your game issues which you experienced are unreasonable. There are a number of so called independent suppliers (AI) who provide very check resources and they were specially designed to help new players to start. There are more then 30 products which can be made from independent suppliers. You do not get internal mails every day which tells you to buy points, this is simply not true. It is possible to play Virtonomcs for free without spending any real money. Game has various events and activities where you can win points in game for free, such as: tenders, contest of managers, contest of directors, contest of presidents, mini games called broker-yard and margin game, weekly regatta, etc. You can buy points from other players from game stock exchange for virtual money. Some people even manage to withdraw real money from the game by winning virts and selling then to other players. I know a lot of players who are playing totally for free and being very successful. Some of your negative experience might have been caused by the realm you started at (let me guess, it was Mary or Lien?). The game is very different when you play on other realms (Vera and Olga) where much more players are providing more resources and everything can be much easier. I have been playing this game for very long time and sure it is nit perfect, but it is decent business simulation with very detailed retail and production mechanic. 99.229.106.219 (talk) 07:07, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
