Protected edit request on 28 April 2020 edit

Please change:

{{R from alternative name}}

To:

{{Redirect category shell|
{{R from surname}}
{{R unprintworthy}}
}}

This adds the {{R from surname}} and {{R unprintworthy}} categories to Sehwag per WP:RRCAT, removing the unneeded {{R from alternative name}}. J947 [cont] 00:37, 28 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

  Not done: While it might be true, you should provide at least one wp:reliable source. The current source there contradicts what you have said. ~ Aseleste (t, c, l) 08:06, 15 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Write Former Indian cricketer in short description. B'cause he's a retired cricketer. 106.195.9.36 (talk) 13:28, 23 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

In the history of test cricket, Virendra Sehwag has the highest strike rate (strike rate of 82.23*) among the batters who have played 100 or more than 100 test matches. Amtsrbh32 (talk) 12:43, 11 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

  Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. Are there any secondary sources that aren't just a statspider discussing this? If not, then it's WP:UNDUE. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 13:31, 11 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

[2] I am providing another link in support of my argument. He is number three in all time highest test strike rates and is the only one in the top three with 100 test matches completed therefore he is the batsman with the highest strike rate in test cricket who has completed 100 tests. It is simple logic. What else do you want? cherish new knowledge and addition instead of denouncing it out of your ignorance.

Greetings considering he's an athlete I feel adding his height would be interesting, and I have a reliable source (one of the most famous cricketing websites), so this is what I want to add in the information box :

height = 5 ft 8 in[1]

Thank you

Sehwag isn't the only Indian to have 300+ runs edit

I don't remember the year, but Karun Nair also has a 300+ score in tests. So it should be modified from only Indian to first Indian. Thanks. Sauravt2812 (talk) 09:29, 16 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

2007 T20 World Cup edit

Sehwag was part of the 2007 ICC T20 World Cup winning squad. So that should be there in the medal record. He didn't play the final. Mrinalmech (talk) 08:12, 23 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

  Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. M.Bitton (talk) 19:09, 23 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

In the section "International centuries", please change "Sehwag is the only Indian to have scored a triple century..." to "Sehwag is the first (the other being Karun Nair) Indian to have scored a triple century..." Sauravt2812 (talk) 10:06, 8 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
