I removed the incorrect reference to "The Bluff" being in Vine City. It's North of Vine City which ends at Joseph E. Boone Blvd. Additionally, I removed the part about Kathryn Johnston, since that also was North of Vine City. Neal Street is North of Joseph E. Boone Blvd, which is the English Avenue neighborhood, not Vine City. Even the article said it was North of Vine City, however even the article was wrong since it isn't English Avenue either.
