Propose title spelling change- Vidiprinter to Videprinter? edit
Although Vidiprinter seems a common spelling, the BBC (reliable source - most relevant to article?) refer to a Videprinter. Should the article be renamed as Videprinter and the redirect switched? [1] Dm20 (talk) 16:14, 14 April 2014 (UTC)
- I have always thought it to be spelt as vidiprinter and before the age of the internet I always saw it spelt as vidiprinter. This is why I used this spelling. As you rightly say, bbc.co.uk refers to it as videprinter but other sites refer to it as vidiprinter, as can be seen from the external links in the article (three spell it with an 'i' and two with an 'e' - Sky doesn't use either word). Therefore I'd come down on the side of keeping the spelling as it is.(Rillington (talk) 17:20, 14 April 2014 (UTC))
Yes but I remain in favour of the vidiprinter spelling as that is the spelling that has always been most widely used, and continues to be used by the websites which provide vidiprinters. Also, the BBC removed its online vidiprinter in 2017 so that link is now out of date. Rillington (talk) 07:36, 7 February 2019 (UTC)
Whatsapp edit
The section on whatsapp appears to be some sort of self-promotion. It has nothing to do with the subject of the article and is entirely unsourced. Zombywuf (talk) 13:13, 25 November 2014 (UTC)
