This article should not be deleted as it contains great importance to the city of leeds and to yorkshire and its community.

Image:Livedesigneastgate.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Picture of site at present

I have noticed on Wikimedia Commons that there is a picture showing how the Eastgate Quarters site appears at present. Could someone upload this onto the article as I don't know how to move pictures from Wikimedia Commons onto Wikipedia. I believe it would be worthwhile including to show how the site appears at present. Victoria Gate, Victoria Quarter

This article was formerly entitled Victoria Gate and was about a proposed, then under construction, modern shopping area. Now that Victoria Gate has been opened, it has been combined commercially with another shopping area, Victoria Quarter, and the two articles have been combined, updated and (most importantly) had the marketing material removed.
