In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

Lim's first name was not incorrect in The Long Gray Line edit

I just rewatched The Long Gray Line to be sure. Neither the officer announcing the name at graduation, nor Tyrone Power as the narrator, says his first name was "Vincente". Both have his name correct, although with Power being in character as Irish-born Sergeant Marty Maher and putting on a fake Irish accent, it sounds more like "Vishente". Maria / María - Podico / Pódico - Jose / José edit

Rather than the low key edit war going on, how about follow we MOS:DIACRITICS, where it says: (in part) "The use of diacritics (such as accent marks) for foreign words is neither encouraged nor discouraged; their usage depends on whether they appear in verifiable reliable sources in English".

How do reliable English language sources spell their names? Diacritics or not? Thank you. SchreiberBike | ⌨  03:00, 14 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Neutrality of the Article edit

This article has greatly expanded in the last few months. However, it seems that the language does not have a neutral tone. A lot of metaphors and hyperbole. Bootkinero (talk) 13:18, 16 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
