Court violates Equal Protection Clause in US?

edit

I'd like to see in the article someday if a challenge and news article comes along that "veterans' courts" violate the Equal Protection Clause of the US constitution and state constitutions because it creates a privileged access to the court system that non-veterans don't have, and further could subject those prosecutors and judges who allow such courts to be charged with criminal complaints under Title 18, Sections 241 and 242, conspiracy to deny rights and deprivation of rights under color of law. 5Q5 (talk) 13:37, 9 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

To the above. This view of "privileged class" is part of a discriminatory perception that supports the denigration of Veterans. Veterans "class" in society has rarely been "privileged" as history dating back to 400 B.C. shows veterans and disabled veterans being widely illegitimately but innately discriminated by the public and courts. The founding purpose of special "Foundations" with special rights to address Congress directly such as the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, were established in response to a million-man veteran camp out on the White House Lawn and Steps of Congress. This veteran response was due to discriminations that prevented returning WWI veterans from employment and public services. These discriminations were further emboldened by the U.S. Government failing and even refusing to provide the contracted health care and compensations it promised. This practice spotlighted veterans for predation by the general public. Although, there have been many laws, protections, and Supreme Court decisions that have sought to prevent these discriminatory practices, they persist to occur to this day. One such practice that targets Veterans and subjects them to being a separate "Class" is the False Titling and False Flagging of Veterans, which continues in secret even to this day. The first Veteran Court established in 2008 in Buffalo NY, had multiple purposes. Unfortunately, the most ignorant views have been propagated the most. Which depict the purpose of Veteran Courts is to only deal with misdemeanors and be conducted as a "special therapy Court" granting participants an opportunity to avoid prison sentences. This is commonly derogatory depiction of purpose as a "get out of Jail Free card for veterans." Although this concept was one of the prevailing arguments presented in establishment of the Veteran Court, it is not the pragmatic purpose. Titling and Flagging by unscrupulous Military CID and Law Enforcement predisposes veterans to being secretly listed as guilty of crimes anyone maliciously makes allegation. These Titling and Flaggs are recorded in secret jackets that are supplied and kept by the FBI. Where they have been known to be accessed by Superior Court Judges when any litigant is claimed or admits their veteran status. These files which the common public rarely get accumulated, are what has subjected Veterans to being "classified". These practices illegitimately expose veterans to prejudice and discriminations in secret by the very Law Enforcement and Courts that should be protecting their civil rights. Statistical analysis of veterans being overrepresented in the criminal system, while simultaneously being underrepresented in actual crimes, gave transparency that courts using Preponderance rather than Proof and Beyond a Doubt level of evidence, were in fact perpetuating already established discriminations that are not supported by the U.S. Constitution or rulings from the U.S. Supreme Court. Illegitimate perceptions based on misconceptions and discriminations of Veterans has resulted in numerous wrongful convictions. Recognizing this in 2008, as well as the need for Veterans to receive rehabilitative care for the inflictions of these discriminations, Congress approved Buffalo Ny to initiate the first of hundreds of Veteran Courts across the Nation. These courts are given the special power to grant "Expungement" of previous convictions, even felonies. Which had denied these veterans the ability to contact their representatives or vote.

The discovery of these secret Titling and Flagging practices against veterans, also led to the discovery of how widespread and pervasive these discriminatory files were being misappropriately abused. For instance, the "Grap" recruiting incidents. Where over 150,000 veterans were secretly and overtly "Titled" or "Labeled" as criminals for having done nothing but sign up for service. https://www.foxnews.com/video/6313887873112. Where these soldier's careers, security clearances, and criminal records were falsely modified without their knowledge or notice. Many of these veterans are still unaware they have been victim of Titling and Flagging discriminations.

This problem continues to persist, and is further displayed in gross incident committed against SFC Jamie Morris in 2019 to 2023, and Retired MSG Eriq Brown in 2021. What subjects Veterans to being a separate class, is not their voluntary service, but the unique and persistent discriminations they become exposed. It is due to instances such as these, that Veteran Courts were granted their special powers to Expunge convictions that became transparently clear to be violations of discrimination. Implementation of Veteran Courts to address drug addiction and homelessness, has also been an abuse of the misconceptions thrust upon veterans. The actual statistics on homeless veterans shows legitimate and verified veteran status has a very low rate of homelessness. Misconceptions have been derived from the majority of Homeless with mental and drug addiction issues falsely claiming Veteran Status, seeking preferential treatments. This has been an unintended and unauthorized implementation of Veteran Court's purposes, which has resulted in perpetuating discriminations, rather than end them. Your question and view, unfortunately reveal that you believe non-serving civilians and veterans have equal premise when being addressed by Law Enforcement and Courts. This is unfortunately untrue. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:6C54:7DF0:600:140E:6401:942D:6CCE (talk) 17:28, 29 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
