Name of defendants

I've added the names of the defendants in the FTC suit in this edit. Tom Alkazin has been repeatedly cited as an exemplary distributor,[1] so this seems like a significant detail. Although sources mention Tom Alkazin's wife Bethany Alkazin as a defendant, the suit itself lists her separately as a Relief Defendant,[2] so I don't think her name specifically needs to be included. Seems appropriate to me. Thanks for making the edit. Could also maybe use a bit of additional detail on the specific charges and actions outlined in the lawsuit. Rhode Island Red (talk) 00:03, 27 August 2015 (UTC)
Definitely. I've expanded it a little, and it looks like there are plenty more sources about this now. Grayfell (talk) 08:35, 27 August 2015 (UTC)

Tense

I have a feeling this is going to be an ongoing thing for a while, but I think switching to the past-tense is premature. Federal courts move slowly, and this will almost certainly take years to fully resolve. While it doesn't look good for Vemma, it's not a forgone conclusion that they will be shutdown completely, and there are several other possible outcomes. Right now the article is a mish-mash of past and present tenses, which obviously isn't going to work, so I'm switching back to present tense pending further discussion. I agree completely. Rhode Island Red (talk) 01:02, 29 August 2015 (UTC)
