I've managed to get a hold of them recently, and after many listens the music sounds like it definitely was created by Velvet Cacoon - unless they stole music from underground black metal acts very similar to them.

Looking through the history of this page will show that there is an album titled Eliquexnoir released in 2012. This is not a real release by Velvet Cacoon.
