Mandatory Vehicle Browsing edit

The tables in Mandatory Vehicle Branding aren't clear in my browser - the italicised second column spills over into the next row. Horizontal lines would alleviate this, but I have no idea how to produce them.84.71.107.28 (talk) 00:53, 19 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

tables and image edit

the image is in no way helpful to augment the value of the article. also, tables are not referenced, and the use of "AKA" seems like a personal opinion. if an official table is transcribed, it should be referenced, otherwise don't include a table with your own comments if you have encyclopaedic intentions. 'AKA' exists because one particular brand type might get a different name in the regulations of a different province or state. The obvious example would be « véhicule gravement accidenté » which means nothing to anyone outside Québec (as-is or literally translated), even though it would appear in legislation in that jurisdiction. The reference for « VGA » would be SAAQ, the Québec public auto insurer at http://www.saaq.gouv.qc.ca/immatriculation/reconstruction/index.php but do you seriously intend to cite chapter and verse across ten provinces and fifty states for these? 66.102.83.61 (talk) 02:19, 9 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
