County stickers on plates

The article describes a return to the name sticker centered at the bottom of the plate. However, in 2023-2024, I have registered and re-registered several vehicles and can state that the numbered sticker is currently being used in lieu of the larger name sticker.

Also, the article referred to the country sticker as being red. When registering at a DMV office, I was issued a RED county sticker, but when the plate arrived in the mail, on 02 July 2024, it came with a WHITE county sticker. I can find no explanation of the difference and several tellers at the DMV office had no idea what the color difference indicates. Grimlocale (talk) 14:19, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
