Confusion over primary language edit

@Cyphoidbomb: Sir, according to this source dated 1 November 2018, the film will be "made in five different languages – Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu – simultaneously", but this older source says that the film "is primarily shot in Tamil". So confusion is whether the primary language is Tamil or all the five languages. All of the sources in the article including these two mention that it will be released in 5 languages, which I've already included. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 15:57, 10 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Another source [1] which claims that the film is "made in 5 languages". While this calls it a multi-lingual film. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 16:02, 10 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Fylindfotberserk: A film shot in 5 languages seems a little hard to believe. Often when these films are announced, there is poor reporting over this issue, with sources using ambiguous language about dubs that make it seem like the film is being shot in that many languages. Talk:2.0 (film)/Archive 1 has some evidence of this; when that film was announced, there were claims that it was multi-lingual, being shot in three languages, and that doesn't seem to have been the case. If there's a dispute about this, then you should talk to the other editor to figure out how best to handle it. If there is no dispute, I'd just go with the one language you know for sure it will be shot in. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:37, 10 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Cyphoidbomb: The only source here that mentions a specific language is this one, which says it was "primarily shot in Tamil". Does that mean some other parts were shot in other languages? Is "primarily shot in Tamil" enough to write the lead sentence as "XYZ is an Indian Tamil-language film" or I can put the "primarily shot in Tamil" in a separate sentence in lead, and keep the lead sentence simple "XYZ is an upcoming Indian film" without any Tamil in it. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 18:05, 10 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Fylindfotberserk: I would say to use your best judgment. Nobody's going to die if the language is omitted, or if it says "Tamil-language".   Regards, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 18:15, 10 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Cyphoidbomb: Thanks. I believe I'd add a sentence saying that it was primarily shot in Tamil. This way we would fulfill the language parm requirements of the Infobox. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 18:18, 10 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
