I am an ex customs superintendent I am concerned about this program. It is not user friendly. If you make a mistake you can go back and fix it.. I worked on two of the biggest programs Across for commercial and Nexus. Both those systems you can go in and edit or update.
The 72 hours is crazy. I am going away for 5 days and can't fill it out.
And if I go to the states you get roaming charges and it's getting expensive. So do something about this.
