I'm afraid I don't think this meets criteria. First, I don't think the lead meets WP:LEAD sufficiently, it's too short. Inline citations should go right next to the text, not with a space. The references need formatting properly (with access date, publisher, date linked etc). There is an unnecessary list in "Project contents", which should be written into the prose. It could be a good article in time, but needs quite a bit of work. how do you turn this on 15:01, 3 August 2008 (UTC)
