1961 disaster

edit
"In August 1961 the Tramway was badly damaged when an aeroplane of the French Air Force tore its hauling cable. Three cars crashed and six people were killed. The pilot landed his damaged plane safely."

I think we need to hear much more about this, along the lines of the information given in the articles on the Cavalese cable car disaster (1976) and Cavalese cable car disaster (1998). Specifically, who was ultimately held responsible for the incident? Who was the pilot and what happened to him? Presumably there was some kind of inquest.
