I started to do some copy editing of this translation; but I got too confused to continue. Here are some of my questions.
The article says, "One of catholic ruralistic writers." This is not a complete sentence, but I'm not sure what it's trying to tell me.
The second paragraph uses "redacted" a lot. I've heard the word redacted before and I know what it means, but what I'm used to it meaning does not make sense in the context the article uses it in. So, what does redacted mean in this context? If its only meaning is the one I'm familiar with, then I'll have to quote Princess Bride and say, "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
He was one of the writers, which wrote about God, traditions and countryside, in other words, catholicruralistic writer. I just don't want to use “he was” all the time.
I haven't heard this word in English so far, but I've found it in a dictionary. I don't know exactly, how to express true meaning. He was editor or redactor of these literary journals.
