Does Usagara belong to Morogoro Region, Misungwi District in Lake Zone or Usagara Urban Ward in Northern Tanzania? edit

I have the impression that the info stated is incorrect:
a. Morogoro District nor Morogoro Region have any ward with such a name
b. Usagara (with a single "s"), seems to appear only as per [1] at:
(1). USAGARA (Mixed Ward) [2] and
(2). USAGARA (Urban Ward) [3]
My question therefore is: "Could it be that Henry Perrott Parker, the second Bishop of Mombasa, who died in May 1888. Died in USAGARA (Urban Ward) or USAGARA (Mixed Ward)?
FYI, so far, I have mailed two emails to: [4] but had no reply.
