NAB Was unable to find sufficient proves

@Saqib: The line , An application was filed against him in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in September 2016, however NAB failed to carry out investigation is incorrect, the correct information is that NAB carried out investigation but not sufficient proves was found against him. Need for balanced POV

@Saqib:

• In 1998, a murder case was registered against Buzdar and his father Sardar Fateh Muhammad Buzdar

Murder case is 302, please see the news sources quoted in the article, it is 109 which is aiding in crime, i.e. being public representative not being neutral.

• An anti-terrorism court in Dera Ghazi Khan found Buzdar guilty and convicted him in January 2000

No where in all news sources of article it says that he was found guilty, nor it is said he was convicted. Infact the matter was settled in local jirga and both parties settled on payment , after which the cases was dismissed in court, since the matter was already settled. Please include version of Fawad Hussain the party spokes person for neutral POV. Currently the article is one sided and biased , presents single side of the picture.

@Saqib: I will try to bring out fill court decision and copy of FIR to show you the facts.

• Nor Usman Buzdar neither his father was present while bullet were fire, even any of his men were not present there . This was tribal fight is also reported into this source, "The case had been filed after a clash broke out during local body polls, leaving six members of the Chakarani tribe ─ a sub-clan of the Buzdar tribe ─ dead."

• Court didn't find him guilty , nor he was convicted both of them are misleading , instead this area has strong tribal system and matter was settled in Jirga, the case was latter absolved since the matter was already in local Jirga. Also reported in this news source, "Although the case was sent to an anti-terrorism court, a jirga had brokered a settlement between the affected parties whereby compensation to the tune of Rs7.5 million was paid to the heirs of the deceased." Dear Saqib i stopped comments after your last posting, however, Shanzaib Khanzada today , a credible journalist from GEO news , in his today program Aaj Shahnzaib Khazada explained the entire story in detail, please listen to it. I hope you will take open mind . Please listen to this and share your experience. The story is also published on this link of GEO News I guess GEO News is very credible , and this is rebuttal of news stories mistakely reported in media. Please make the needful correction. @Saqib: Its so good that you agree to the NPOV. But the line you added doesn't reflect the report correctly, " reported that Buzdar was cleared by the police for his involvement in the murders". The actual story is that the person identified as Usman Buzdar in stories connecting CM Punjab to murder case— who was named as a suspect in the 1998 case — is not the same person who is now the chief minister of Punjab. @Saqib: for sure don't remove the information supported by multiple RS, although there were RS which were reporting the exactly opposite . But please add that, "According to the investigation carried out at that time and the present probe, the person identified as Usman Buzdar — who was named as a suspect in the 1998 case — is not the same person who is now the chief minister of Punjab. This was corroborated by the court rulings and a three-page police report from two decades ago." please add this part of the story in neutral way. @Dr Shahzad Bhatti: I've made some changes and moved the information under a new section. The funny part is PTI spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry publicly stated that case of murder is indeed on Buzdar but Buzdar was not present at scene of murders.
