"A topic is presumed to be notable if it has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." -I linked to two independent sources. The song is featured in several notable blogs as well.

"A musician or ensemble (note that this includes a band, singer, rapper, orchestra, DJ, musical theatre group, etc.) is notable if it meets any one of the following criteria:" -Emphasis added.

"It has been the subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent from the musician/ensemble itself and reliable." -I linked to two such sources.

"Has had a charted hit on any national music chart." -The song is charting in Japan and has been in the top 10 on the Oricon singles chart.

"Has performed music for a work of media that is notable, e.g. a theme for a network television show, performance in a television show or notable film, inclusion on a compilation album, etc. (But if this is the only claim, it is probably more appropriate to have a mention in the main article and redirect to that page.)" -The main character in the song's music video is getting its own television cartoon program

"Has been placed in rotation nationally by any major radio network." - The video is the longest-running children's song on the Japanese program "Minna No Uta." It's played in very heavy rotation on Japanese television and radio.
