Uruk GNU/Linux is the first Iraqi Linux distribution that is publicly used worldwide. It introduces an important feature for the packaging systems, which is the support of all packaging systems by using a package manager simulator that unifies the data while allowing users to use any packaging commands they like (apt-get, yum, etc..)

I don't see why the article should be deleted. The distro is well recognized on the media worldwide and widely used in Iraq and other countries. some quick search results about the distro in different languages:
