Following on the more ubiquitous Urtica dioica, from this article, Urtica incisa can be used to brew an herbal tea and is perhaps the most appealing nettle with small, heart-shaped leaves . However in Australia it is not commercially available as a tea, and regarding its other benefits, still underrated as a valuable food source by the non-indigenous. --Lmstearn (talk) 06:55, 14 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
