I just translated the page from Tamil to English. Tamil wikipedia page has already approved

Note that the article was deleted/userified in 2018 per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Upasana RC. For some reason I can't seem to find the discussed 2018 version, but if this is a new translation then it is likely to be substantially different, and also notability might well have increased since then.
