Talk:Unowned property

Latest comment: 3 years ago by BD2412 in topic Almost no difference to Bona vacantia

Shouldn't we construe the naturae part of this phrase as genitive ('of nature'), so that the phrase means 'wild beasts of nature'?

Changed owner to maintainer/owner edit

Changed the owner to maintainer/owner it being so that not all land property is owned, and time-frame limitations state that no such property can ever be owned. Change own to a form of debt, you own, and we have something quite distinct with distinct neuro-linquistical implications. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.208.167.177 (talk) 13:11, 11 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Almost no difference to Bona vacantia edit

I think it should be merged to Bona vacantia.Geysirhead (talk) 09:01, 26 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Based on the templates, I think you mean merged from. I have no objection to that. Cheers! BD2412 T 05:19, 27 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
