Criticism section is potentially bised edit

the text in "criticism" section is almost entirely based on the paper published by "International Policy Network" - London based corporate advocacy group(self proclaimed as a "think-tank"), and failing to declare a conflict of interest.

I am confused. There is no "criticism" section.----
