Speedy deletion nomination of Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices edit

To contest the deletion of the article, I have added {{hangon}} to the top of the Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices article just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag. On the initial article save I placed my notes and references. On a more recent save I added content and cited the sources mentioned. Please let me know if the article is still not in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Pending approval, I request removal of speedy deletion tag.
