This article is yet another example of anti DPRK, anti communist bias by Wikipedia. "spies and guerrillas" !. If you feel any article is biased, feel free to fix it yourself. We're a public wiki and anyone is welcome to contribute! In accordance with your concerns I've updated the lead paragraph to make it clear who characterizes the prisoners as spies. I removed the statement that they are guerillas because that term is never used in the cited source.
