American-Americans or American Americans?

I feel that the catchphrase is 'American Americans,' and not 'American-Americans.' For fear of incorrectness, however, I didn't change it. Does anybody know for sure? Heliozoan (talk) 00:57, 14 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
