The decom section didn't make sense to me (struck June 1992, transferred to Chile same day, decom by Chile in January 1992), so I poked around the Naval Vessel Register and found [1]:
Status: Disposed of through the Security Assistance Program (SAP), transferred, Foreign Assistance Act (FAA) Section 519, Southern Region Amendment
