Notability edit

As per Wikipedia:College and university article guidelines this constituent academic faculty does not appear to meet guidelines for its own article - redirecting to UCL Faculty of Biomedical Sciences.Codf1977 (talk) 12:29, 20 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

The UCL Institute of Child Health, like the UCL Institute of Neurology, has hundreds of staff, is the largest institute of its kind in Europe, was in existence for a long period as an independent institution before merging with UCL, and is world famous in its own right. Again I note that the Wikipedia guidelines clearly state: 'If an institution's faculties, constituent academic colleges, or academic departments are especially notable or significant they may have their own dedicated article'. I thought it'd be a better idea to discuss this, but it seems to be uncontroversial due to the lack of discussion. Anarchyte (work | talk) 08:08, 10 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
Alright, I'll go ahead and close it then. -- Tavix (talk) 14:56, 10 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
